The Libro model is an industrial door with vertical leaves, with folding opening without bottom guide rail, with one or two shutters hinged on self-supporting side pillars made of extruded aluminium profiles.
The panel of the Libro model is produced with 3 types of thickness: 52 - 57 - 62 mm.
The panel is covered with a double pre-painted steel sheet with embossed or smooth finish. Insulation: polyurethane foam with density 43 Kg/Mc and working temperature - 25° + 100°C.
The pillars of the Libro model are made of extruded aluminum alloy profile with 4 perimeter slots for hooking up the hinges (GammaDoors's patent).

The gaskets have been designed with multiple chambers and produced in anti-aging EPDM of hardness 70 IRHD and operating temperature - 25° + 100°C. They guarantee a perfect seal against atmospheric agents (GammaDoors's patent).
In an aluminum frame are embedded the lower brushes in wear-resistant nylon with stainless steel inox strips, easily replaceable without skilled labor. On request, it is possible to add a second gasket specifically designed for an hermetic seal against wind, rain and other contaminating agents.
