Plan Renewal Warehouse ATM project Rapid TBT

ATM S.p.A. (Azienda Trasporti Milanesi) manages the public transport service in Milan and in 46 municipalities of the metropolitan city. Since 2010 GammaDoors has been in charge of the replacement of the existing access doors of the ATM offices and warehouses located in Milan and its hinterland.

For this project GammaDoors has designed and manufactured rapid roll-up doors (see model Rapid Door) in tear-proof PVC fabric with vertical collection. The structure, in galvanized sheet 20/10, is composed of a self-supporting crossbar, containing the winding shaft and the motorization, two vertical uprights with sliding rails and PVC seals.

The curtain is made of woven coated with self-extinguishing PVC (950 g/sqm), with electrowelded pockets and reinforced with metal tubes to ensure a class 2 wind load.

The rapid roll-up door is not only equipped with a three-phase electric motor (suitable for intensive use), but also with adjustable limit switches, manual release and protective casing.
