Hangar Setif Project Panorama 80

SPIC International, an Italian company specialized in design and construction of construction and launching machines and systems, has been charged by the Algerian Government with the realization of two prefabs dedicated to the final assembly and maintenance of helicopters that will be supplied in a second step by Leonardo S.p.A.

GammaDoors for this project has realized 11 doors model Panorama 80.

Centre d'assemblage final - The GammaDoors has projected for this hangar 5 industrial doors with double vertical leaves, with folding opening and floor rail in galvanized steel. The leaves hinged together and resting on pivoting wheels on the floor, are hanging by means of trolleys from a double-track aluminum rail. The sizes of the 5 gates change from:

• L 8 m x H 7,5 m with packing 6 + 0
• L 22 m x H 8 m with packing 8 + 8
• L 32 m x H 8 m with packing 12 + 12

Centre de manintenance structural - GammaDoors has realized 6 industrial doors of the same type as above (model Panorama 80), whose dimensions are all the same, that is L 22 m x H 8 m with 8 + 8 packing.

The automation of the door is realized with a chain drive moved by a three-phase engine and managed by an electronic control box with "Open-Stop-Close" buttons.

GammaDoors guarantees a class 5 resistance to wind load certified by Istituto Giordano S.p.A. (see certificate).
